• You're not about that stressful AF
wedding planning life.
• Familial and societal expectations?
Never heard of 'em.
• Throwing a party for everyone but
you? Not today, Satan.
Big, traditional weddings aren't for everyone. Why spend that cash on a bunch of people you haven't talked to for years when you could use it on an unforgettable elopement experience? Go somewhere gorgeous you love or that you've always wanted to visit. Get married under a waterfall instead of a stuffy wedding venue. Live life on your own terms. Treat yourselves to an experience you know you'll enjoy.
From helping you find the perfect locations to crafting your timeline, I'll be here to make this a wedding day you'll fondly reminisce about for decades to come.
Honestly, it's never too early to book with me if my calendar is open for that year. I often find myself having to turn people away because I'm unavailable for their date, and it sucks. My books are currently open for 2023-2024.
You can expect to receive at least 30 edited photos for every hour of coverage. You'll receive an online gallery via email with downloadable high-res files and personal printing rights.
This varies depending on what you value. If you want to go all-out, a destination elopement with all the trimmings averages $15-$20k but can be done for less.

Elopements & Intimate Weddings: 8-12 Weeks
Engagements & Couples Sessions: 3-6 Weeks
I only photograph elopements and intimate weddings with fewer than 60 guests. I don't shoot large traditional weddings, but I'd love to do your engagement session! Inquire here.
If I didn't have asthma, I would! Unfortunately, even with an inhaler hiking hours up a mountain just isn't a possibility for me. You can do shorter hikes and drive to different lookouts for your elopement, though! You get less sweaty that way haha :)
Basic retouching is included! That being said, authenticity (and body positivity!) are incredibly important to me. I will not photoshop you to be taller, shorter, skinnier, change the shape of your body, or edit anything out (ie. a scar on your cheek) that's a part of your identity. I want to show you why you're awesome as you are. :)
I shoot on two Canon R5 bodies and my primary lenses are the RF 50mm 1.2L + the EF 35mm 1.4L II. Occasionally I'll also pull out my Canon RF 85mm 1.2L DS or Sigma 135mm 1.8 ART.
You can self-solemnize in the following locations:
• California
• Colorado
• Illinois
• Kansas
• Maine
• Nevada
• Pennsylvania
• Washington, D.C.
• Wisconsin
If you want to elope solo in a state that isn't on that list and still make your marriage legally binding on your day, you can invite a few loved ones to sign as witnesses, go to the local courthouse and ask them to provide witnesses for you, or ask strangers.
If you want to minimize stress the day of, do the legal paperwork another time and opt for a commitment ceremony on your elopement day and say your vows then. This is also recommended for international elopements if you're comfortable.
These days I'm aiming for a dark, ethereal, filmy + nostalgic feel with some photojournalistic and editorial vibes thrown in. Capturing emotion and location are tied as priority number one, next to lighting. When shooting with me, I try to keep things fun and entertaining.
Yes! Location guidance is a part of every package, and I take my location scouting very seriously ;)
I do! You can pay in halves, thirds, or in full for 5% off. A retainer and signed contract are required to officially secure your date.
I'm happy to give you my two cents on clothes, decor, hair, etc. if you'd like me to! If you want to rent props, do a floral installation or have a styled dinner that requires coordinating vendors, full-service elopement planners are a thing and they're wonderful!
Do you want to get photos in *all* the places, have your epic travels documented and enjoy an adventurous wedding experience that's fun, carefree, unique af and filled with breathtaking views without the long hikes?
A road-trip elopement emphasizes exploration and visiting multiple locations a distance apart from each other. This is ideal for folks who love the open road, want photos in a variety of locations and scenery, or want to do photos in their wedding attire saying their vows in addition to other couples photos (ie. engagement style, steamy, creative, etc).
Any elopement can be a road-trip elopement, but for the full experience they're best suited to solo or small elopements over the course of 1-2 days. (A small group is pretty fun tbh, it's like you're part of a caravan!) You'll get all the best parts of your trip told and you won't feel rushed for time – exactly how your elopement should be.
It'll just be you two, your love, your incredible travels, new lifelong memories, and your friendly personal photographer capturing the goodness. :)
