YOU’VE NEVER BEEN ONE TO FOLLOW THE SCRIPT

You’ve always felt a little different — more curious, more connected to what’s real.

You’re not here for a performance. You want something honest — cinematic, emotional, and free.

  • A road trip through red rock canyons.
  • Golden hour vows with no audience.
  • Quiet moments, weird jokes, and a little desert dust on your boots.

You’ve scrolled past a million “perfect” weddings that felt nothing like you.

This? This feels like home.

YOU’RE DREAMING OF SOMETHING THAT MOVES YOU

Not just physically through Utah’s surreal landscapes — but emotionally, too.

Picture this:
  • A slow morning in a cozy desert Airbnb, sunlight pouring in through linen curtains

  • A barefoot walk through burnt orange sand, hand in hand with your favorite person

  • Exchanging vows under a massive sandstone arch with no one else around

  • A blue hour soak in a hot tub, lanterns lit, stars blinking awake overhead

Your elopement isn’t about trends.
It’s about presence.

About choosing to start your marriage in a way that feels bold, raw, and real.

THAT'S WHERE I COME IN

I’m not here to direct a production — I’m here to help you live the hell out of this experience.

As your photographer, I’m your creative collaborator, your grounding presence, and your witness to something beautiful and true.

I bring direction when it serves the story — and give you space when the magic is already happening.

No pressure. Just presence. Just art.

what to know about eloping in utah

when to elope in Utah

permits + rules

Many public lands in Utah require a permit, especially national parks and most BLM-managed areas — even for small elopements with no setup. Rules vary by location, and I’ll help you confirm exactly what’s needed.

If you’re getting legally married in Utah, here’s what to know:

  • You’ll need to apply for a Utah marriage license in person (no waiting period, valid for 30 days).

  • You’ll need an officiant and two witnesses to make it official.

  • I’m ordained and can officiate if you’re eloping with a group smaller than six — yep, I’ve got you. :)
Utah’s epic in every season, but here’s what to know:
  • April to October = best overall weather
  • Summer = clear skies, hot days
  • Fall + Late Spring = cooler temps, golden light
  • Winter = snow-dusted red rocks + fewer crowds

Step 3:

here's what's included in every utah elopement package

When we work together, you’re getting more than just stunning photos.

You’re getting:
  • Bold, cinematic storytelling — like a slow-burn indie film, but starring you
  • Location research + personalized recommendations
  • Timeline guidance, permit help, + travel logistics support
  • No travel fees — anywhere in Utah is already covered
  • Sneak peeks within a week + full gallery in ten
  • High-quality online gallery with downloads, prints, and more
  • Optional officiant services for U.S. elopements under 6 people total
  • A backup day — because desert storms don’t mess around

All the essentials, and none of the stress.

Let’s create something wild and wonderful.

1. real moments Made into Art

I focus on truth over trends — guiding when it helps, stepping back when it matters. Every image is rooted in honesty and shaped with care — cinematic, natural, and deeply personal, whether we're in the Gorge or on Oregon's coast.

2. Simple, Low-Stress Planning

You don’t have to hike hours up a mountain at sunrise. From timelines to permits, vendors, and inspiring but accessible locations, I’ll walk you through just what you need — and none of what you don’t.

3. A space where you can be you

As a neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ creative, I get how important it is to feel seen. Whether you're quirky, shy, playful, steamy, offbeat or sentimental — no matter who you are or who you love – you're welcome here.

The heart of the experience

Eloping doesn’t mean doing less – it means doing it your way.

A full day gives you space to slow down, soak it all in, and visit multiple spots without feeling rushed.

Start easy. Spend the morning making breakfast, cuddling in your Airbnb, or exploring in your everyday clothes. Take a midday break. Change into a second outfit. Drive somewhere new. Watch the light shift. End the day under the stars, by a bonfire or in the hot tub — whatever feels right for you.

Whether it’s just the two of you or you're including some loved ones, we’ll have time to capture the whole story, not just the highlight reel.

Because the day will go by fast.

The little glances, the inside jokes, the shifting light, the stunning views — they’re gone in a blink.

Full-day coverage gives you the time and space to soak it in and remember it all.

FULL DAY = FULLY YOU

Utah Elopement + Micro-Wedding Packages

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all package. It’s a creative process we shape together — real moments, cinematic backdrops, and space to just be.

Utah elopements start at $5,800, with most couples investing $5,800–$9,800 — whether it’s a soulful half-day, a full-day desert road trip, or a multi-day adventure that unfolds like a movie.

From the arches of Moab, to the endless horizon of the Bonneville Salt Flats, to hidden canyons in the Zion region, I’ll help you create something that feels like art and like you. Travel anywhere in Utah is included, so your only job is to be fully present.

For lovers who want to:
  • Be seen, supported, and at ease
  • Let go of the script and live in the dang moment
  • Turn their elopement into something cinematic and completely their own

Let’s tell a story in the otherworldly landscapes of Utah that feels like you.

I say this with 10000% honesty – Luke is worth every single penny.

If you want a truly magical, but also laid back experience with a photographer who will capture you and your partner's unique love, someone who is just truly kind and cool and will deliver stunning photos then look no further.

Rest assured your search is over. Hire Luke, you will laugh, you will cry, you will walk away with photos that are truly art.

– Ashley + Ben

"You will laugh, you will cry, you will walk away with photos that are truly art."

My people aren't afraid to throw tradition out the window if it means having a day that feels real.

They’re the kinds of couples who:
  • Are kind, curious folks who trust the process + are excited to co-create and express themselves
  • Care more about connection than performance
  • Want their wedding to feel like them
  • Are unafraid to be their true, unfiltered selves
  • Think the best moments are the ones you can’t fully plan
  • Are down for anything (even dancing in the rain)

If that sounds like you, we’re probably going to get along great. :)

Who I Work Best With

You can choose to pay in halves, or in full for a 5% thank-you discount! Your first payment acts as your retainer, officially locking in your date.

If you ever have questions about timing or need a different arrangement, let me know — I can sometimes offer custom plans for special situations.
It depends on your location. Many spots — especially lesser-known public lands — don’t require a permit for small elopements. Popular national parks like Zion, Arches, Canyonlands, and Bryce Canyon, and some BLM land do require one, along with a simple application and fee. I’ll help you navigate the process so you’re totally covered.

If you’re getting legally married in Utah, here’s the quick rundown:
  • Apply for a marriage license at any county clerk’s office (no waiting period, and it’s valid for 30 days).
  • You’ll need an officiant and two witnesses to make it official.
  • If it’s just the two of you (or a handful of guests), I’m ordained and can officiate — and I’m happy to help find witnesses if needed.

Whether you’re going full-legal or keeping it symbolic, I’ll guide you through the logistics so you can focus on the experience.

That's totally okay. I’ll guide you gently when needed, but most of the time, you’ll just be soaking in the moment. No stiff posing — just real connection, real feelings, and photos that feel like you.

Spring through fall (April–October) is ideal, with warm days, clear skies, and those signature golden sunsets. Summer brings the most consistent sunshine but can be hot in lower elevations, so sunrise or sunset ceremonies are your best friend.

Fall cools things down and adds extra drama to the desert light — perfect for cinematic, moody vibes. Winter can be stunning too, especially in the snow-dusted red rocks, but expect chilly temps and limited access to some higher-elevation spots.

Honestly, my favorite shoots feel more like we’re just hanging out and vibing. I want you to feel at ease — like you’re with a friend who just happens to be documenting something meaningful. We’ll laugh, explore, slow down, and create something real together.

I’ll give you gentle direction when needed, but there’s no pressure to perform. If we end up swapping ghost stories or sitting in silence to soak up the view, that’s part of the magic too!

When it comes to planning, I keep things flexible and low-pressure. I’ll help with the big stuff like dreamy location ideas, timelines, permits and whatnot, but I don’t run things with a clipboard. Outside of that, just let me know what kind of support you want. Your day can be spontaneous, structured, or a mix of both. Whether we’re chasing the sunset or following the vibe, I’ll help it all flow naturally.

You’ll hear from me when it matters, and you’re always welcome to text me if you’ve got a fun idea, need advice, or want to hop on Zoom to talk through things. Need a little more guidance or want to bounce ideas around? I’m always happy to hop in and support wherever you need it.

As a neurodivergent human, I work in bursts of creativity and clarity, which means I value honesty, flexibility, and connection without pressure. If you ever need more communication, just let me know. You’re never bugging me. :)

If you’re looking for a grounded, open-hearted guide who’ll support you without micromanaging your day, you’re in the right place.

Absolutely. There are so many stunning, accessible spots — think cliffs, beaches, and forests just steps from the car. I’ll help you find the perfect places that match your vibe (and your comfort level).

Totally! I can send over recommendations for dreamy Airbnbs, cozy cabins, and local vendors. I’ve also got you covered when it comes to locations, timelines, and permit support, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. Just let me know what you need.

You’ll get sneak peeks within a week, and your full gallery within 10 weeks — delivered in a beautiful, easy-to-use online gallery you can view, download, and share. It includes:

  • High-res downloads
  • Printing rights
  • Access to an online store where you can order professional-quality prints that actually last
  • The option to design your own heirloom-quality album

Basically: everything you need to keep the magic alive, without any weird hoops to jump through.

My editing style is all about storytelling — making sure the lighting, colors, and emotion pop in every frame. I’ll remove temporary distractions like blemishes, but I don’t reshape bodies or faces.

You’re already beautiful exactly as you are, and I want these photos to reflect that truth — not a filtered version of it.

IF YOU’RE STILL READING, YOU’RE DEFINITELY MY PEOPLE

You’re not just planning a wedding – you’re planning a moment you’ll never forget.

The kind that gives you chills when you think about it.
The kind you’ll want to relive every time you look at your photos.

Let’s make it real.
