To make the most of their full-day photography package, E + T decided to start early. I picked them up from their Airbnb just before sunrise, and together we drove into Joshua Tree National Park. The sky was just starting to illuminate with the first hints of light as we arrived at Arch Rock. The couple stood beneath the majestic arch, and I instantly began capturing magical moments.

When A + C approached me about capturing their love story, they expressed their desire for a breathtaking engagement session. They yearned for a session that would transition from the warmth of the setting sun to the mesmerizing beauty of a star-studded night sky. Intrigued, I took a moment to reveal an unexpected aspect of my photography background — astrophotography. I shared some of my previous work, and they were super excited!
