You’ve always known you were a little different

You're not here to follow tradition. You're not chasing approval, you're chasing meaning.

You want a wedding day that isn’t filtered, posed, or performative — just something real.

But finding that? That’s the hard part.

Because most of what you’ve seen feels too stiff. Too trendy. Too polished.

You want something that feels like you — soulful, cinematic, deeply personal, a little weird even.

You’re not here to play a role. You’re here to live a day you’ll never forget.

And you want a photographer who can help you do just that.

already dreaming something up?

You’re dreaming of something deeper

Not just where you elope, but how it feels:

  • A slow morning in a forest Airbnb, wrapped in blankets and nerves and coffee steam

  • A road trip along the Oregon Coast with your playlist turned up and the windows down

  • A first look on a foggy cliff, the kind of moment that makes time blur

  • Nightfall under the Redwoods with lanterns glowing and stars overhead

You want a day that feels cinematic and free — a celebration of your story without the noise, pressure, or need to perform.

Because this isn’t just about photos.

It’s about having an experience that reflects who you really are.

THAT'S WHERE I COME IN

This is photography for couples who don’t want a “perfect” day – they want one that’s true.

I’m not here to direct a show. I’m here to help you live it.

As your Oregon elopement photographer, I’m also your co-creator, flexible timeline crafter, location scout, and your witness to something honest.

I blend art-forward storytelling with emotion-first imagery, giving you space to be playful, wild, vulnerable, sentimental, or passionate. And because I’m neurodivergent and queer myself, I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and unpressured during intimate moments like this.

what to know about eloping in oregon

when to elope in oregon

permits + rules

Most public places on the Oregon Coast like Cannon Beach don’t require a permit if your group is under 25 people and you’re not setting up big props or blocking public access.

I'll help you confirm if you're unsure. If you're getting legally married in Oregon, here’s what to know:

  • You’ll need to apply for an Oregon marriage license at least 3 days in advance. (It’s valid for 60 days.)

  • You’ll need an officiant and two witnesses to make it official.

  • I’m ordained and can officiate if you’re eloping with a group smaller than six — yep, I’ve got you. :)

Oregon’s a stunner year-round, but here’s what to know:

  • May to October = dreamy weather
  • Summer = best chance for sunshine
  • Fall + Early Spring = quieter, moodier
  • Spring = wildflowers in the Gorge

from the coast to the gorge

"Luke is hands down one of the most real, raw, and kind people we have ever met, and it was such a pleasure to be able to work with him. His work is just breathtaking."

– Sam + Tanner

"Luke has this ability to make you feel like you've always known him, then turns around and creates magic! I’m unsure there are words for the happiness... he is worth every penny!"

– Chantal + Tim

"He has managed to capture the very essence of the true love me and my husband share. I also think it’s important to note how wonderful Luke is as a person."

– Alisia + Eric

"luke's real, raw, & kind – his work is  just breathtaking."

"He captured the very essence of our true love."

"It was like we'd always known him. Worth every penny!"

"It instantly felt like we'd known each other for years. He made us comfortable and it felt like we had an old friend shooting our wedding. The photos are stunning."

– Emily + Tyler

"i want to relive the day + i'd hire him again in a heartbeat."

It’s more than hiring a photographer. You’re trusting someone to hold space for something deeply personal.

With me, that looks like:
  • Comfortable, grounded energy (zero pressure to “perform”)
  • Direction when you need it, space when you don’t
  • Someone who sees you, not just the image of you
  • Edits that feel like stills from your favorite indie film

An experience that’s collaborative, fun, and entirely your own.

What It Feels Like to Work together

I’m an Oregon coast elopement photographer for unconventional couples who want a day that feels cinematic, meaningful, and real.

My clients are usually a little weird (in the absolute best way), stylish, soulful, and not interested in doing things the “normal” way. They're kind, creative and trusting folks who care about connection, self-expression, art, and memory — not traditions or trends.

I help create that experience, and then I turn that goodness into art.

Unposed. Unfiltered. Unforgettable.

The heart of the experience

Oregon Elopement Packages

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all package. It’s a creative process we shape together — real moments, cinematic backdrops, and space to just be.

Oregon elopements start at $5,800, with most couples investing between $5,800–$9,800 — whether you're dreaming of a meaningful half-day, a full-day with room to explore, or a multi-day adventure that unfolds like a movie. Most go all in, because your love deserves the whole story.

From Cannon Beach and Oswald West to the forests of Mt. Hood or the Columbia River Gorge, I’ll help you create something that feels like art and like you.

Travel throughout Oregon is included, so your only job is to be fully present!

This is for lovers who want to:
  • Be seen, supported, and feel at ease
  • Let go of the script and just be in the moment
  • Turn your elopement into something artful, cinematic, and completely your own

Let’s tell a story in the wild landscapes of Oregon that feels like you.

THE multi-day

If one day just isn’t enough for the epic adventure you’re dreaming of — this is the one. You can split it however you want: visit multiple locations, partake in different activities, or have a “just us” day followed by a low-key hang with your ride-or-dies.

This is about slowing down, soaking it in, and having time to drive, explore, change outfits, or just breathe for a sec. More time = less pressure and more space for magic.
14 HOURS SPREAD OVER 2 DAYS

– $9,800 –

THE FULL day

The sweet spot for telling the story of your day from start to finish.

You’ll have time for slow moments like getting ready in your Airbnb + space for multiple locations, outfit changes, an optional mid-day break, vows at golden hour, and maybe some lanterns or starry portraits to end the night.

It’s relaxed, flexible, and perfect if you want your whole day to breathe without feeling rushed.
10 HOURS SPREAD OVER 1 DAY

– $7,800 –

THE HALF day

Ideal for couples who want something meaningful without going full-day.

You’ll still get time for gorgeous storytelling like a slow morning, vows in the woods, and some golden hour magic, just pared down.

This is for the “quality over quantity” folks who want to be present and create something special without overthinking every second. Simple, but still cinematic.
6 CONSECUTIVE HOURS

– $5,800 –

I say this with 10000% honesty – Luke is worth every single penny.

If you want a truly magical, but also laid back experience with a photographer who will capture you and your partner's unique love, someone who is just truly kind and cool and will deliver stunning photos then look no further.

Rest assured your search is over. Hire Luke, you will laugh, you will cry, you will walk away with photos that are truly art.

– Ashley + Ben

"You will laugh, you will cry, you will walk away with photos that are truly art."

Eloping doesn’t mean doing less – it means doing it your way.

A full day gives you space to slow down, soak it all in, and visit multiple spots without feeling rushed.

Start easy. Spend the morning making breakfast, cuddling in your Airbnb, going for a swim or exploring in non-wedding clothes. Take a midday break. Change into your wedding outfits. Drive somewhere new. Watch the light change. End the day under the stars, by a bonfire or in the hot tub — whatever feels right for you.

Whether it’s just the two of you or you're including some loved ones, we’ll have time to capture the whole story, not just the highlight reel.

Because the day will go by fast.

The little glances, the inside jokes, the shifting light, the stunning views, they’re gone in a blink.

Full-day coverage gives you the time and space to soak it in and remember it all.

FULL DAY = FULLY YOU

My people aren't afraid to throw tradition out the window if it means having a day that feels real.

They’re the kinds of couples who:
  • Trust the process and are excited to co-create a day that reflects them
  • Prioritize authenticity without sacrificing beauty
  • Are flexible, lean creative + think the best moments are the ones you can’t fully plan
  • Want their wedding to feel like their true, unfiltered selves
  • Prefer light direction, space to breathe, and a few cool ideas over a mile-long shot list
  • Are down for anything (even dancing in the rain)

If that sounds like you, we’re probably going to get along great. :)

Who I Work WITH BEST

You can choose to pay in halves, or in full for a 5% thank-you discount! Your first payment acts as your retainer, officially locking in your date.

If you ever have questions about timing or need a different arrangement, let me know — I can sometimes offer custom plans for special situations.
While I don't offer a fixed, all-inclusive package that bundles every vendor, my services are designed to be a comprehensive and stress-free experience.

I'll be your co-creator and planning partner, providing personalized location scouting, timeline assistance, and permit guidance. I can also provide recommendations for trusted local vendors (officiants, florists, and more) and even places to stay upon request.

This approach gives you a deeply personal, customized day without the stress of planning everything yourself!
For a tiny, no-setup vow exchange on the open ocean shore, permits are often not required. But Oregon State Parks treat weddings and group gatherings as “special events,” and some locations (including state parks like Ecola or Samuel H. Boardman) may need a Special Use Permit depending on group size, setup, or sensitive areas.

Easiest path: we call the park office for your exact spot and get a yes/no in two minutes. City parks (e.g., Portland) have their own rules and usually require a permit if you have guests.

If you're getting legally married in Oregon, here's the quick rundown:

  • You’ll need to apply for a marriage license at least 3 days in advance (it's valid for 60 days).

  • You’ll need an officiant and two witnesses to make it official.

  • If you’re eloping just the two of you (or with fewer than five people), I’m ordained and can step in as your officiant—and I’m happy to help find witnesses if needed too.

Basically: whether you're going full-legal or just doing a symbolic ceremony, I’ll make sure you're covered.

That's totally okay. I’ll guide you gently when needed, but most of the time, you’ll just be soaking in the moment. No stiff posing — just real connection, real feelings, and photos that feel like you.

May through October is ideal, especially for the coast and redwoods. Summer is sunniest, while fall brings those moody, romantic vibes. Winter can be incredibly beautiful too — just be ready for rain.

Honestly, my favorite shoots feel more like we’re just hanging out and vibing! I want you to feel at ease, like you’re with a friend who just happens to be documenting something meaningful. We’ll laugh, explore, slow down, and create something real together.

I’ll give you gentle direction when needed, but there’s no pressure to perform. And if we end up swapping ghost stories or just sitting in silence to take in the views, that’s part of the magic too! 👻

When it comes to planning, I keep things flexible and low-pressure. I’ll help with the big stuff like dreamy location ideas, timelines, permits and whatnot, but I don’t run things with a clipboard. Outside of that, just let me know what kind of support you want. Your day can be spontaneous, structured, or a mix of both. Whether we’re chasing the sunset or following the vibe, I’ll help it all flow naturally.

You’ll hear from me when it matters, and you’re always welcome to text me if you’ve got a fun idea, need advice, or want to hop on Zoom to talk through things. Need a little more guidance or want to bounce ideas around? I’m always happy to hop in and support wherever you need it.

As a neurodivergent human, I work in bursts of creativity and clarity, which means I value honesty, flexibility, and connection without pressure. If you ever need more communication, just let me know. You’re never bugging me. :)

If you’re looking for a grounded, open-hearted guide who’ll support you without micromanaging your day, you’re in the right place.

Absolutely! There are so many stunning, accessible spots — think cliffs, beaches, and forests just steps from the car. I’ll help you find the perfect places that match your vibe (and your comfort level).

Totally! I can send over recommendations for dreamy Airbnbs, cozy cabins, and local vendors. I’ve also got you covered when it comes to locations, timelines, and permit support, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. Just let me know what you need.

You’ll get sneak peeks within a week, and your full gallery within 12 weeks — delivered in a beautiful, easy-to-use online gallery you can view, download, and share. It includes:

  • High-res downloads
  • Printing rights
  • Access to an online store where you can order professional-quality prints that actually last
  • The option to design your own heirloom-quality album

Basically: everything you need to keep the magic alive, without any weird hoops to jump through.

My editing style is all about storytelling and making sure the lighting, colors, and emotion pop in every frame. I’ll remove temporary distractions like blemishes, but I don’t reshape bodies or faces.

You’re already beautiful exactly as you are, and I want these photos to reflect that truth, not a filtered version of it.

If you’re still reading, I already know: You’re my people

You’re not afraid of feeling things. You want something real.
