National parks in Washington usually need a permit, even for small elopements — but don't stress, I’ll walk you through it.
Some beaches and forests don’t require one, depending on your group size and setup. I’ll help you double-check.
- You’ll need to apply for a Washington marriage license at least 3 days ahead. (It’s good for 60 days.)
- Two witnesses and an officiant are required to make it legal.
- I’m ordained and can officiate for groups under six — so yep, I’ve got you covered. :)
